If anyone is interested... My friend Bette Sue & daughter Ali who was on the biggest looser said what helped them the most was that they wore a "Body Bug" which is a band that goes around your arm that measures how many calories you burn each day. It works with the internet, you put in how much you eat each day then you down load the Body Bugand it calculates it all for you....How much in....how much burned.....never lies!!! This giveyou a chance to see how much you burn in a day and how many calories you really need. Anyhow....I can purchase these from her at a discounted rate if anyone is interested.
